After Covid began the library response was ever changing, as many jobs had to become. Many customers remarked that they felt delayed in their service needs being met. Though many staff had servant leadership qualities and a genuine understanding of the central service point model it was executed very poorly. Prior to my starting at the library they had restructured their customer service model to a more corporate approach than community focused.
